PROGRAM QUESTIONS

A few things
to know.

Which age groups can train?

SUPAFIT is for U12, U14, U16 and U18 players. Fundamentals groups are age-specific. We will help match your player’s age and experience to a suitable session.

What is the difference between Fundamentals and Game Lab?

Fundamentals develops the skills: ball handling, passing, footwork, shooting, finishing and defence. Game Lab focuses on reading the court and using those skills in the right situation.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching?

Yes. Individual sessions can be requested for U12–U18 players, subject to coach and court availability. Tell us what your player wants to work on when you enquire.

Are the timetable and venues confirmed?

The timetable is proposed. Thursday availability is limited to 7:30–8:30 pm, and Sunday sessions are planned between 10 am and 3 pm. Final slots and locations will be confirmed before bookings open.

How long are the school holiday camps?

The planned camp format is two days, with four hours of training each day. Dates, age-group allocations, inclusions and fees will be released for each camp.

What should my player bring?

Basketball shoes, suitable sportswear, a labelled water bottle and an age-appropriate basketball. Any additional requirements will be included with your session information.

Does registering interest reserve a place?

No. It lets us contact you about a suitable program, confirmed availability and fees. Places are confirmed through the booking process once sessions are ready.

What does the session planner do?

You can filter the timetable, shortlist sessions and download or copy your preferences. The planner does not send those preferences automatically; include them when you submit your enquiry.
